Alli is the founder and president of Cinch PR, bringing more than two decades of strategic communications expertise to the agency she launched in 2006. With a deep background in lifestyle, hospitality, retail, and food and beverage brands, she has led successful campaigns for both iconic names and innovative newcomers. Her work spans CEO transitions, mergers and acquisitions, crisis management, large-scale events, and international brand growth. As the driving force behind Cinch’s vision and strategy, Alli leads the agency’s growth, culture, and client service standards. She remains actively involved with every client, offering pragmatic, results-driven counsel and ensuring programs deliver real business impact. Alli lives in San Francisco with her husband and two teenage children. When she’s not running Cinch, she’s volunteering at her kid’s schools, playing tennis and pickleball, or spending time in the mountains of Lake Tahoe.

Mandy Beck Sanders is a Vice President at Cinch PR, overseeing many of the agencies consumer and retail brands. With a commitment to outstanding client service and extensive expertise leading strategy for launches and repositioning efforts, Mandy has spearheaded national campaigns for emerging and established brands including Blue Bottle Coffee, JaM Cellars, Honey Mama's, Traditional Medicinals, Westfield shopping centers, and more. Mandy’s strong intuition and keen understanding of how PR and marketing cofunction to impact the bottom line make her an indispensable and trusted advisor to the brands she works with, and she prides herself on being a thoughtful listener and true collaborator to her clients. A twelve year veteran of the Cinch PR team, Mandy lives in Sacramento with her husband, daughter, and rescue dog from Turkey. In her free time she enjoys Pilates, listening to live music, and digging into her ever-growing cookbook collection.

Hanna Baumann is a Senior Account Manager at Cinch PR, where she leads dynamic communications campaigns for top food and beverage, hospitality, and consumer lifestyle brands. Known for her quick wit, passion for all things food and beverage, and dedication to client service, Hanna has driven strategic PR initiatives for brands including Marin French Cheese, Laura Chenel, Delfina Restaurant Group, Butter by JaM Cellars, Honey Mama's, Traditional Medicinals, MOSH Protein Bars, and more. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Hanna joined Cinch PR nearly eight years ago and lives in San Francisco with her fiancé and long-haired dachshund who has quickly become the office mascot. On weekends, you'll find Hanna exploring the city's newest restaurants, spending time with her nieces on the Peninsula, or whipping up something delicious in her kitchen.
