Alli Goldstein, Founder/President

With a broad range of experience in strategic communications and marketing for upscale hospitality and consumer brands, Alli is a specialist in results-oriented media strategy, brand building and targeted promotions.

Over the span of her career in public relations, Alli has launched several luxury hotels, resorts, spas and restaurants worldwide; rebranded newly renovated properties; marketed high-end residences; conducted customer loyalty and brand recognition studies; managed international PR agencies; implemented crisis communication campaigns; overseen prestigious special events; initiated celebrity spokesperson campaigns; and engaged several high-profile executives with the media.

The creation of Cinch PR was driven by a growing demand for a lifestyle PR agency that consistently delivers original, revenue-oriented programs and a superior level of service with results-driven, measurable outcomes. As the principal at Cinch PR, Alli is known as a hands-on pragmatic advisor for the entire portfolio of brands. She is highly involved with Cinch’s client activity and spearheads the firm’s collaborative creative process and unwavering commitment to success.

Before launching Cinch PR, Alli worked for leading hospitality brands such as Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt International and Kimpton Hotels. As director of hotel public relations for San Francisco-based Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, she was responsible for the management of 14 PR agencies, media relations, promotions, sponsorships, media training, crisis communications and general strategic communications for Kimpton’s existing 42 hotels and new hotel developments throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Prior to Kimpton, Alli held various communications positions with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, on the agency side, in-house and at the corporate level. She has assisted with Four Seasons openings in Mexico, Ireland, France, Egypt, England and San Francisco. Additionally, she was involved with the development of marketing strategies for Four Seasons Residence Clubs, the vacation ownership division. Her career has also included working with the Park Hyatt brand in Chicago and with Tommy Hilfiger, Inc. in New York City.

Alli provides pro bono PR counsel to various organizations including the California Shakespeare Foundation, Compass Family Services and SPUR. She is also a member of the Northwestern Alumni Association. She grew up in the Bay Area, currently lives with her husband and two children in San Francisco and enjoys theater, hiking, golf, tennis, and exploring every inch of Golden Gate Park by bike with her family.

Alli earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and received a master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications at Northwestern University.
